It’s very important to know the difference between Warranty and Guarantee because you are a customer and you play a very responsible role to make the market function properly. A costumer pressurize the producers to make available the quality products and services.
Both the words are synonyms of each other. But in concern of business and market these words have different meaning. Guarantee refers to the formal promise like a contract that if the quality or of product is below then the company will repair, replace or refund the money.
Warranty:
It says that the product is of a particular standard. A warranty is like a promise of many tangible things as parts and machine of the products. Suppose you buy a geezer then the company will promise that the heating rode inside the geezer will work properly for one or two years, if it does not work then the company will repair or replace it.
Warranty says that if a product is defective or stop working as the expectations then the particular part which is the reason of this disability of the product will be changed. The product will be changed. It refers as, if you purchase a product and it doesn’t work properly, then product part could be dealt with.
Guarantee:
The guarantee is a certificate which describes the promise of the company with its costumers that the product he purchased, is made with quality material and if it does not work as it is designed for, then the company will surely replace it with a new one or give your money back.
Guarantee or warranty takes place in the time duration decided by the company or manufacturer. If the product stop working after the time period is over, then you can’t claim your guarantee or warranty.
