If you want to activate and deactivate the DND service then customer can send SMS or Call on our toll free number as per the guidelines which are given below:-

BSNL Registration Number:

Customers have to register your phone number to NCPR through SMS or call to activate the DND Services.

Fully Blocked Registration:

It means if user want fully blocked services then no commercial calls or SMS will interrupt your communication.

To register (for fully blocked category): Type: START 0, Send to: 1909

Partially DND Blocked Category:

It means you have a choice of receiving calls & SMS of your preference such as Movie updates, online portals, shopping options etc.

To register (for partially blocked category): Type: START <one of the seven category numbers>, Send to: 1909

Keep In Mind:

If customers want to change the activation and deactivation services so they can choose the other service at any time on expiry of three month from the date of registration. The requesting number and registration number should be same. If these numbers are different so activation and deactivation services are not valid.
