It may be possible that the set top box remains in problem for the first time as you reset it. But you should try it for minimum two times and your all problems will be solved. It is seen that in 90% cases this technique has worked well.

If the set top box doesn’t start working properly, then you should compliant to the customer care of DTH Company. They will ask you some questions like what is the problem, your address, Customer ID. Company will take maximum one day and your problem will be fixed.

But any DTH provider can do nothing when the problem is generated due to Rainy weather. No company has made the rain proof set top box which can receive the signal even in the Harsh Climatic Conditions.
