ReplyDeletei called your executive at 4 oct approximately after 2 hours of recharge and he said that data will be credited in 6 hours..
than i called again at 5th oct. and than your executive said that wait for 72 hours..
today i called your executive.. she said that data was credited after 3 minutes of recharge but it was lapsed, and now she cannot write the complaint because time is passed..
WHAT IS MY FAULT.. ?
I CALLED YOUR EXECUTIVE BUT HE MISGUIDED ME..
NOW GIVE ME MY 7 GB DATA ASAP.

ReplyDeleteIt is a big shame on reliance to do such cheap activity of deduction of money in the name of VAS. My more than 100 Rupees are deducted in this month 30 Rupees twice 10 Rupees I think many times 5 Rupees many times. Despite of making complaint the issue is not solved only fake assurance is given. And to reach the limit now no customer care service is provided in my number. The service provided is the poorest in the region. No customer support on which the whole country is sitting. Doing such cheap shameful activity is going to take reliance to the lowest level. Refund the money deducted otherwise I am thinking to switch to other service provider. My mobile number is 8305975751. Don't do forge things this is going to spoil your image in the market. All reliance customers are facing the same problem. Kindly stop all the promotional and reliance messages for various unwanted services.

ReplyDeleteBad service. I tried to block a reliance no as one of my family member lost his sim card. The numbers given above are not working. The computer voice is heard form the other side which only ask you to press 1,2,3..... Where are the so called customer executives?
